A Study On Tourist Satisfaction In South Street Of Pingyao Ancient Cit

With the continuous development of economy and society,cultural protection has been attached great importance.At present,the combination of tourism development and cultural protection is an important way of cultural protection.As an important carrier of culture,historical and cultural block has become a popular tourist destination.Therefore,this paper selects the South Street of Pingyao Ancient City as the first batch of historical and cultural streets in China,which has rich cultural connotation and becomes an important tourist destination depending on the attraction of the world cultural heritage--Pingyao Ancient City.The continuous development of the Internet has brought about the high popularity of the network and the emergence of a large number of network texts,which have become an important source of information for studying tourist satisfaction due to their advantages of large data volume and convenient access.This article is based on the network text as the main data source,on the basis of the actor network theory,using qualitative analysis method to analyze the satisfaction of tourists in the South Street of Pingyao Ancient City.Based on the concept of "Tourismscape" in the actor network theory,the ancient city of Pingyao is abstracted into a topology space of multiple networks,and the actors in the space are analyzed.Nvivo12 was used to encode the selected network texts,and it was found that culture is the collection of various relationships,and the factors influencing tourist satisfaction were found,thus forming the tourist satisfaction model of the South Street of Pingyao Ancient City.On this basis,ROST CM6 was used to conduct high-frequency word analysis,semantic network analysis and emotion analysis on the screened text.Finally,the research conclusion was drawn: the tourists had a relatively high positive emotion,so they had a high degree of overall satisfaction with the block and a strong sense of identity.The main negative emotions come from the imperfect facilities of the city block and the ancient city,which cannot fully meet the needs of tourists;There are omissions and confusion in the management of scenic spots and ancient cities;The local culture does not adapt to,does not agree with these three parts.On this basis,the author puts forward some specific suggestions: improving the environment of the ancient city,perfecting the infrastructure of the ancient city and further developing the block culture.
