Research On Operation Mode Of Community Health Care&Intelligent Pension Commerce Alliance

According to the results of the seventh national census,China is about to enter a deep aging society,and the issue of providing for the aged has been a social concern.By the end of 2020,China’s population aged 65 or above had reached 191 million,accounting for 13.5 percent of the total population and nearing the 14 percent red line for deep aging.The demand for elderly care services is increasing.At present,many existing pension business models can not solve the urgent pension needs of residents.For example,the employment channels of professional care workers and the binding between institutions result in limited residents’ care needs;After the dispute of residents’ care demand,the dispute caused by the anarchic supervision of the commercial platform failed to be solved;Duplication of medical expenses among residents of the three medical insurance networks has not yet been realized;waste of medical resources,etc.This paper used field research method,unstructured analysis method,case analysis method to investigate the latest needs of users,according to maslow’s hierarchy needs theory,and from the user’s point of view,design the Operation Mode Of Community Health Care&Intelligent Pension Commerce Alliance,used to solve a lot of pension problems existing..Through the establishment of the model,data sharing,equipment building sharing,talent sharing and supervision and assessment standards sharing are realized.Through data sharing,equipment sharing,building sharing,talent sharing and supervision and assessment standard sharing,the Operation Mode Of Community Health Care&Intelligent Pension Commerce Alliance solves common problems encountered in the aging society,overcomes various development constraints,realizes talent matching and emergency mechanism,and efficiently utilizes all surrounding medical resources to serve residents through organizational system Cultural and external relationship safeguards to further improve the robustness of the model.This paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the development of pension industry in China,provides reference value for China to improve the top-level design of the pension industry,the future development and cooperation direction of institutional nursing homes,and the guarantee of the elderly’s future pension life.In order to quickly promote the development of China’s pension service industry,contribute to a force,as soon as possible to achieve industrial benign management.
