Based on the advantages of economy,interactivity,collaboration,and sharing,shared office has developed into one of the most important choices for corporate office in the world.With the development of shared office business,its meaning has gone beyond the scope of simply "saving rental costs",and has increased the sharing of information,knowledge,skills,and ideas with other teams,and broadening of social circles.These new service contents have formed a new driving force for the development of shared office.However,the current research on the internal mechanism and realization path of the value co-creation of settled enterprises in the shared office format is still insufficient,and have not yet reached a consensus on the logical deduction of the shared office value co-creation model.On the basis of literature analysis and theoretical study,this paper takes Ucommune as the research object,and systematically and comprehensively explores the fundamental driving force,basic types,improvement paths,current challenges and optimization measures in the value co-creation model.It is expected to open up new ideas and methods for promoting the development of settled enterprises.Based on the case study method,through the investigation and coding analysis of Ucommune,this research explores the development stages of the value creation of the shared office:focusing on the intervention of external resources,constructing a resource complementary network,and absorbing diversity enterprise advantages,break through the single value blockade,rely on platform intermediary upgrades,and achieve coordinated and rapid development,which provides a development path with both theoretical and practical significance for the development of settled enterprises.Based on this path analysis,this paper believes that the attributes of economies of scope and economies of scale are the fundamental driving forces for the development of co-creation capabilities.Therefore,the media and supervision functions of platform enterprises,as well as the extensive application of modern information technologies such as the Internet,big data,and blockchain,should be aimed at promoting joint collaboration among more enterprises and realizing value co-creation on a larger scale.This study discusses the interaction and mutual promotion mechanism among three types of subjects in the shared office ecosystem:platform enterprises,settled enterprises,and space/platform external resources,and believes that these three types of subjects should be regarded as participants in value co-creation,and according to participating entities subdivided the types of value co-creation,including value co-creation between platform enterprises and settled enterprises,value co-creation between resident companies,and extended value co-creation beyond shared office space/network platforms.This study clearly proposes that co-working should achieve multiple value co-creation among the three main categories of "space/platform-platform enterprises-external resources",which further expands the scope of value co-creation research.
