Research On The Optimization Of The Third-party Payment Supervision Of J Branch Of The People’s Bank Of China

With the advent of the era of "Internet +" and digital economy,the third-party payment spawned by Internet finance has experienced vigorous development.Shandong province as the third largest economic province,in the third party payment development at the same time,easy to lead to information security and network system security,money laundering,industry monopoly,legal compliance,consumer rights,in the face of the current new situation,the People’s Bank of China J branch third-party payment supervision if inadequate supervision,regulatory personnel,supervision,consumer rights and interests,may cause financial risks,thus affect the third-party payment industry and the healthy and orderly development of the whole financial economy.Based on the relevant theories and practices of financial supervision and government supervision,combing the relevant literature of third-party payment supervision at home and abroad,combining with the regulations and policies of the central bank on third-party payment supervision,this paper selects J Branch of the People’s Bank of China as the research object,and fully investigates the current situation of third-party payment supervision in J Branch of the People’s Bank of China.The existing problems are analyzed.Through the literature research method to identify the People’s Bank of China J branch third-party payment regulatory factors,using the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to filter and sort the influencing factors,combined with the analysis of influencing factors,as well as the People’s Bank of China J branch third-party payment agency supervision practice,the paper puts forward the people’s bank J branch of the third-party payment supervision optimization scheme design and its operation safeguard measures.
