Analysis of the investment decision of the Baotou 100 mw energy-saving solar photovoltaic leader project to be bid by China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group(CECEP)With the reduction of the global traditional fuel energy and the aggravation of the extreme climate phenomenon caused by using the fossil energy,it is human’s responsibility and obligation to search for clean and renewable energy.Solar energy becomes the focus of people’s attention with its unique advantages,such as inexhaustible and environmental friendly,etc.Through collecting data,sorting data,using standard project investment decision-making methods,this thesis intends to focus on the project of Baotou energy-saving solar photovoltaic leader to be tendered by CECEP to make a deep analysis of the indicators of the project.It is hoped that the results of this thesis will provide the basis for the project to participate in government tender,and for the enterprise to invest photovoltaic power station.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background,purpose and significance in Baotou energy saving solar photovoltaic leader project to be bid by CECEP.It also gives a brief description of the project investment decision analysis theory and principle in the required course.Secondly,combining the analysis of the current situation of China photovoltaic power plant construction with equipment manufacturing,this thesis focuses on the basic survey and design of Baotou energy-saving solar photovoltaic leader project bid by CECEP.Meanwhile it analyzes the financial indicators of the project according to collected basic data.Finally,ftis thesis gives a comprehensive evaluation of the revenue and expected social benefits of the project.Through the analysis,Baotou 100 mw energy-saving solar photovoltaic leader project to be bid by CECEP will be in fierce competition.If the bid price quotation is 0.58 yuan/KWh,the financial internal rate of return of the project will reach the critical state required by the company and within the range of industry average yield.And this project can produce good social benefits and risks can be controlled at the same time.So the investment and construction of this project is feasible.
