At present,China’s economy has entered a new cycle.In the increasingly fierce global competition,enterprises are in a complex and changeable environment,and the anti production behavior of enterprise employees has also increased,and company B has suffered losses due to the anti-production behavior of employees during the implementation of multiple engineering projects.The anti-production The anti production behavior of employees is not only the negative behavior of employees,but its contagion effect is also a major issue concerning the fate of enterprises.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to clarify the situational factors,mediating factors and influencing mechanism of the infection effect of anti production behavior.Compared with the more mature research abroad,China is still in the initial stage,and the relevant research results are relatively scarce.The research on the impact of employees’ perceived changes in the external environment on the infection of anti production behavior is relatively scattered,and the systematic integration of influencing factors and intermediary mechanism is lacking.Based on the observation of practice and theoretical analysis of existing research,this thesis determines the basic theme of "the change of external environment perceived by employees and the infection of counterproductive work behavior".With B company as an example,explore the business enterprise inside counterproductive behavior exists in the project,from the visual angles the boom of industry,enterprise policy,employee perception of external environment change on the production behavioral contagion effect hypothesis is put forward,through immersion questionnaire survey and data mining,discussed the external environment change on the production behavior of employees,That is to verify the existence of counterproductive work behavior contagion effect and the moderating effect of environmental change on counterproductive work behavior contagion.Further analysis of the external environment changes affect employee counterproductive behavior of the individual mediation mechanism,introducing negative mood,feeling of relative deprivation,working pressure,psychological contract rupture as intermediary factors in the transmission behavior play an intermediary role in the process of production,namely the role of intermediary factors in the production behavior of path for preliminary study.Through the experiment and questionnaire of 4 enterprises in company B the sample data are analyzed by SPSS19.0.The results show that anti-production behavior has contagious effect among employees The change of employees’ perception of the external environment affects the contagion effect of employees’ anti-productive behavior,and the optimization of the external environment has a positive adjustment effect on colleagues’ anti-productive behavior and individuals’ anti-productive behavior,the deterioration of the external environment has a negative moderating effect on the counter-productive behavior of colleagues and individuals.The fsQCA method is used to study the anti-production behavior of intermediary factors.The results show that the individual anti-production behavior can be triggered by the single effect of intermediary factors,and the individual anti-production behavior can also be triggered by the combined effect of several intermediary factors.Based on the above conclusions,this thesis suggests that enterprise managers should fully understand the harm of counterproductive work behavior in engineering projects to the society and enterprises,and timely take effective measures to prevent counterproductive work behavior when they find that employees in enterprises carry out counterproductive work behavior,and prevent or suppress the contagion effect of counterproductive work behavior from the source.On the one hand,corporate managers can optimize corporate social responsibility,positive leadership,corporate policies and other aspects to reduce employee counterproductive contagion effect.On the other hand,the contagion effect of counterproductive work behavior can be reduced by blocking the action path of mediating factors.
