Human resource management theory is through the management of people andthings, deal with the relationship between the people in order to give full play to thevarious potential. And plan, organize, command and control the activities that theyengaged in, in order to achieve the target of the organization. It can through personalself-development to promote organization renewal, increase the efficiency oforganization. The Human resource management theory has rich contents andapplications. So the paper uses relevant content of human resource management toanalyze and improve the increase member retention system of insurance agent.Since the insurance agent system was introduced into the domestic market inearly1990s, it has played a role in spreading insurance concept, expanding insuranceshare, promoting the rapid development of insurance company, and has brought therapid advance of the life insurance industry more than decade years. The number ofinsurance agents increased from1.7million in1995to290million in2012, it vitalityis evident. Today, insurance agents but never when the system is advanced, flexibleand lucrative system reduced into a low level of income, low social status, and poorsocial credibility and led directly to the development of the agent team stagnant. Theadvance of our times and the development of our society, in the life insurance industryis still at the stage that judge a person by premium, the power of increasing memberswill directly impact the forward speed of Life Insurance Company.The emergence of the agent is not administrative choice but the choice of themarket, and they will continue to exist. However, in view of the domestic lifeinsurance industry recovery time is not very long,the lack of professional personnel,the literature on the life insurance companies to increase member retention system isdifficult to see. To solve the problem of increasing member,borrow the domestic andforeign relevant literature material and advanced management experience,according tomy own years’ experience,use the survey data and system status of x life Qingdaobranch to analyze,induce and deduce, and analyze the present increase memberretention system of life insurance company and put forward opinions and suggestions. Including full play to the initiative of life insurance companies,publicity insuranceknowledge,popularize insurance knowledge, and positive guidance to the insurancesales force, to create a public opinion environment for the development of agents;straighten out increase member train of thought, a good interview, concerned about thepeople who are easy to be succeed in life insurance industry, such as administrativestaff, accounting staff, small past business owners build a platform with high-qualityand efficient service, make good customer service in order to solve the difficulties ofincreasing member in life insurance industry, raise the increase member retention rate,exert for high-quality, high-skill, high-performance agent teamThe paper proposed research content and method which have guiding meaning forthe raising of increase member retention rate in x-Life Qingdao Branch. Along withthe development of life insurance industry, as long as we pay more attention to creatinginsurance environment, concerns the selection of insurance professionals, insuranceagents will bring a new rapid development for the company in the foreseeable future.
