Research On The Evolution Of The Communist Party Of China’s Reform Thought Of State-owned Enterprises

Review the history of CPC’s arduous revolution and construction,the state-owned enterprises has always been closely connected with the fate of the nation,it has played an indispensable role in the revolutionary struggle,economic reform and socialist modernization.It has also been gradually established,grown and strengthened under the leadership of the CPC,now its identity has basically realized the change from the government administrative appendage to the market entity.Over the past century,the CPC has continuously summed up the correct experience and reflected on the profound lessons in the reform of state-owned reform,thus forming a wealth of ideological achievements.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to explore the evolution of the CPC’s state-owned enterprise reform thought for deepening the understanding of the development law of the development state-owned enterprises.From the perspective of the history of economic thought,this paper,by means of historical document analysis,combination of logic and history,combination of induction and deduction,this paper sorts out the ideological and theoretical origin of the CPC’s state-owned enterprise reform,reviewes its ideological evolution process.On this basis,this paper analyzes the history logic,practice logic and theoretical logic of ideological evolution,and summarizes the experience and enlightenment accumulated in the ideological evolution of the CPC.The research content of this paper includes four parts: Firstly,this paper analyzes the theoretical origin of the CPC’s thought of state-owned enterprise reform.Secondly,this paper reviews the historical evolution of the CPC’s thought of state-owned enterprises in the past hundred years,and summarizes the background and main content of the formation of the thought in different historical stages.Thirdly,this article analyzes the historical logic,practical logic and theoretical logic of the evolution of the CPC’s thought on state-owned enterprise reform.Historically,the realization of the specific functions of state-owned enterprises under different development needs is an important factor to promote and influence the evolution of the CPC’s thoughts on state-owned enterprise reform,The institutional arrangement of state-owned enterprises always adapts to the choice of economic system.In practice,the CPC has always been problem-oriented,around the system of state-owned enterprises,the relationship between government and enterprises and the layout of the state-owned economic,CPC’s thought follows the three main line of practice :from “decentralization of power and transfer of profit” to “Establishing modern enterprise system” and then to“Perfecting modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics”;from “Management of the enterprise”to “Manage state capital”;from “Make the specific state-owned enterprise more dynamic ” to “Make the whole state-owned economy more dynamic”.In theory,the CPC’s thought of state-owned enterprise reform always follows the law of mutual movement between social productive forces and production relations,the contradictory movement of productivity and production relations,the thoughts are endogenous to the the CPC’s long-term exploration of socialist ownership and its realization form and takes Marx’s theory of property rights as the fundamental theoretical basis of enterprise system reform.Finally,this paper summarizes the experience and enlightenment formed in the evolution of the CPC’s thought of state-owned enterprise reform.
