Research On The Influlence Of Expressway On Land Use Function Based On DPSR-PLS Model

Expressway construction is an important part of the transportation planning under my country’s national land and space planning,and it is also one of the basic means to guide the high-quality development of various regions and eliminate development difficulties.While highway construction brings social development,it will also have an important impact on land use function,and land use function is to alleviate the contradiction between man and land and an important part of realizing sustainable land use.Therefore,it is necessary to study the effect of highway construction on land use function.It has both practical value and theoretical significance.On the basis of summarizing previous researches,the author takes the form of "highway-factors of production-land use status-land use function" as the specific analysis path,and constructs the DPSR framework based on the field research materials and statistical data of six cities in Guizhou Province.Model,combined with the PLS-SEM structural equation to analyze the impact path and mechanism of expressway on land use function,on this basis,study the direction and extent of the impact of expressway construction on various land functions.The research of this paper shows that: the construction of expressway has a positive effect on the flow of production factors,the flow of production factors is significantly positively correlated with the state of land use,and the state of land use positively affects the function of land use.Under the influence of the three paths,the expressway Construction has a positive impact on other industrial functions,residential functions,employment functions,and social security functions of land.The agricultural production function,ecological maintenance function,and resource supply function of land are negative impacts,and the negative impacts are ranked from large to small,agricultural production function-ecological maintenance function-resource supply function.In this regard,in the construction of expressways under the national land space planning,each region should take expressway construction as the basis,give full play to its positive benefits in the allocation of elements,improve the state of land use in each region,and take the multi-functional use of land as the guide.To achieve the goals of sustainable land development and green development in various regions.
