Research On Incremental Cost Prediction And Control Of Prefabricated Buildings

With the extensive development of traditional architecture in China,it not onl y causes great pressure on the environment,but also consumes a lot of resources.In order to alleviate this problem,China’s construction industry urgentl y needs to develop in the direction of prefabricated architecture led b y new technology and new technology.However,the development process of prefabricated buildings in China is slow,and the main reason for this situation is that the prefabricated technology is not yet mature and the construction cost is higher than that of traditional cast-in-place buildings,and its incremental cost seriousl y hinders the further development of prefabricated buildings.On th is basis,this paper finds out the relevant factors that cause the incremental cost,and uses the genetic algorithm to improve the support vector regression prediction model to predict the incremental cost.Combined with the current research situation at h ome and abroad,this paper gives the specific content of this research.First of all,this paper introduces the key theoretical foundations of prefabricated buildings and its incremental costs,compares the difference between prefabricated building and tra ditional cast-in-place building,and anal yzes the cost composition of the incremental cost of prefabricated building.The paper identifies the factors causing incremental cost b y using the literature anal ysis method and the anal ytic hierarch y process,and also constructs a set of prediction index system of the incremental cost of the prefabricated construction.Secondl y,make use of the advantage of genetic algorithm in the optimization problem,improve the support vector regression prediction model,put fo rward the specific method of incremental cost prediction in this paper;finall y,combined with the above anal ysis of the influencing factors,on the grounds of the whole construction process com up with specific measures to control the incremental cost,so as to achieve the research on the prediction and control of the incremental cost of prefabricated buildings.Through the stud y of incremental cost,this paper provides a prediction method of assembly building incremental cost for Chinese construction enterprises in the early stage of construction,and puts forward specific measures to control incremental cost in stages from the perspective of view of the whole construction process.it can not onl y be used as the basis for enterprise investment decision-making projects,but also help to effectivel y control the generation of incremental costs in the whole process of construction,and play a role in motivating the development of prefabricated construction in our country.Promote the further development of pref abricated buildings.
