Problems And Countermeasures Of E-government Procurement In J City

Since the promulgation of the government procurement law of the People’s Republic of China,China has successively issued a series of government procurement related documents,forming a relatively perfect government procurement system.With the development of information technology and network technology,e-government has become a new public service management mode.Under this background,government procurement has gradually entered the information road.E-government procurement has become the inevitable requirement and development trend of local government procurement.Compared with traditional procurement methods,electronic government procurement has many advantages,such as improving procurement efficiency,reducing procurement costs,enhancing procurement transparency and so on.At the same time,the development of electronic government procurement also faces some challenges and difficulties.Starting from the current situation of the development of electronic government procurement and focusing on the electronic government procurement in J City,this paper introduces the current situation of the development of electronic government procurement in J City,expounds the achievements and existing problems of the current electronic government procurement in J City,analyzes the causes of the problems from the four aspects of legal system,department responsibilities,platform construction and personnel team,and puts forward to improve the top-level design,enhance department coordination and Strengthen the platform construction,establish a professional team and other corresponding suggestions,so as to provide reference for J city to improve the e-government procurement,so as to promote the accelerated development of e-government procurement in J city.
