Research On The Effect Of Suning Yi S Stock Option Incentive

Nowadays,my country’s capital market has become more perfect,and a large number of related legal systems have been introduced.Under such a situation,many enterprises hope to alleviate the increasing principal-agent contradiction through equity incentives and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.However,some enterprises’ equity incentive plans failed and announced their termination.How to make good use of equity incentive to help enterprises benefit is worthy of further exploration by enterprises and academia.This paper selects Suning,an Internet e-commerce listed company with strong comprehensive ability and earlier implementation of equity incentive plan,to study its advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of equity incentive plan.By analyzing the six equity incentive plans implemented by Suning from 2007 to2022,this paper studies the impact of the equity incentive plan on the development of the company.This paper studies the performance and talent flow of Suning.com before and after the implementation of the equity incentive plan,and on this basis,determines the impact of the equity incentive plan on the development of the enterprise.On this basis,this paper analyzes the financial and non-financial indicators of Suning ’s six equity incentive plans,and then discusses the impact of equity incentive plans on financial performance.This paper analyzes the contents of financial indicators such as profitability,solvency,operation ability and development ability,and studies and analyzes non-financial indicators such as market situation and personnel mobility.Thus,it comes to the research conclusions that Suning is successful and insufficient in the design of equity incentive scheme,and equity incentive is an effective means to improve the company’s performance.Summarize the key settings that Suning equity incentive plan should learn or avoid,so as to help other listed companies implement the equity incentive plan more accurately and effectively.Therefore,this paper selects Suning,a listed company,and uses the methods of literature research,case analysis and financial analysis to study the results of multiple implementation of equity incentive plan in different stages,sort out the influencing factors of equity incentive,and put forward reasonable suggestions and optimization methods according to the principles of theory guiding practice and the analysis of the implementation effect of incentive plan.
