In China,the emergence of the professional position of senior professional manager has provided a lot of assistance to many enterprises.However,applying this model to manage enterprises will cause the decision-making power of operation management and the power of operation management to gradually separate and derail.In the two legal rights In a disengaged impact environment,the problem of delegating proxy services arises because occupiers and operations management staff have conflicting expected future values.The successful foreign design scheme to deal with and solve the crisis of delegated agency service has set a precedent for China.Therefore,Chinese listed companies have begun to follow the example of European and American companies and use the incentive measures of equity incentives to deal with and solve this problem.In the process of real control and management,many companies expect to efficiently arouse the initiative of the staff,vigorously use the long-term role of equity incentives,and promote the sustainable development of the company.equity incentive system.Supor is one of the classic listed trading companies.The company has determined four equity incentive plans and put them into comprehensive practice.Before and after the four plans,they carried out major revisions and deployments in detail for the background of all stages of development.As a special case of other practical application cases in the development of stock right excitation plan,Supor company has also undergone a substantial change in the nature of the enterprise.Therefore,it is essential to learn and analyze the effect of Supor’s enterprise equity incentive plan on the implementation effect.This paper conducts research and analysis based on the classic practical application case of Supor as the implementation effect of equity incentive plan.From the implementation of the plan to today,a total of four sets of equity incentive design plans have been announced.In this article,the author will discuss the implementation effect around three components,followed by research and analysis of trading market reaction,traditional type of accounting and financial research and analysis,and non-financial accounting performance research and analysis,and summed up the development influence of Supor’s stock right excitation plan,refer to Based on the summary and evaluation,the advantages and disadvantages of the equity incentive plan are evaluated,and finally the perfect opinions are pointed out with reference to the corresponding defects.The comparison of the implementation effects of the four equity incentive plans shows that the first and second reactions in the trading market were more optimistic,while the latter two were not so proactive;in traditional accounting and financial research and analysis,The implementation of the four plans before and after has greatly improved the capacity of gain,and there is still apparent perfection in the long-term analysis.The improvement effect of the development ability,the comprehensive application level of debt repayment,including the comprehensive management level of operations is not very large;in non-financial In terms of accounting performance research and analysis,the share of the trading market has increased,the actual situation of staff resignation has also been improved,the company’s research and development capital turnover has been increased,and the development and distribution space of high-level research and development elite backbone workers has increased.The development influence of Supor’s stock right excitation plan provides ideas for the planning of other similar household appliance companies,and it also sounded the alarm.In order to effectively exert the long-term equity incentive effect,the incentive mode of restricted stock is selected.Stimulate the initiative of the staff to work,and the more they pay for their work,the more shares they can get.Increase the scope of the role of encouraging target objects,focusing on professionals with high cultural and comprehensive literacy.In addition,the four plans have focused on the development of profitability,and the improvement of other comprehensive levels has not been thoroughly considered.The actual market price of restricted stocks is relatively low,and the development time of estock right excitation plan is insufficient.The above are also in the implementation plan of Supor.The main problems and deficiencies that arise.In response to the deficiencies found in the implementation process,this paper also lists some opinions,including a comprehensive consideration of financial accounting evaluation standards,an appropriate increase in the actual market price of restricted stocks,and an appropriate increase in the duration of equity incentives.
