In the modern society with the rapid development of Internet technology,big data and smartphone devices,the Internet has penetrated into all walks of life in society.The development mode of traditional agriculture has also changed dramatically because of the rapid spread of Internet technology,which is reflected in both the production mode of agriculture and the sales mode of agricultural products,which is rural e-commerce.Traditional agricultural production and sales of agricultural products have undergone fundamental changes due to the emergence of rural e-commerce,especially the sales of agricultural products,from traditional "offline" sales to "online" marketing,online market gradually replaces the traditional market,and the Internet has become a new market for the promotion and marketing of agricultural products.The Internet has become a new market and a new platform for the promotion and marketing of agricultural products.It can be inferred that the Internet will become a new engine to boost China’s rural economic growth,and vigorous development of rural e-commerce is inevitable.This paper takes rural e-commerce in Xinjian District,Jiangxi Province as the research object,and collates the research results and theories of rural e-commerce based on the review of relevant literature.By applying relevant theories such as new public management theory and service-oriented government theory,combined with the use of literature research method,field survey method,inductive summary method and other research methods,the research methods from Xinjian District on government planning and design,branding of agricultural products,The problems of rural e-commerce development in Xinjian District are analyzed from the perspectives of government planning and design,branding of agricultural products,professional talents and policy support,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed.At the same time,some countermeasure suggestions are given for the problems and causes,in order to provide useful reference for the development of management services of rural e-commerce in Xinjian District,Jiangxi Province.This thesis is divided into six chapters: Chapter 1: background of the topic,purpose and significance of the study,research content and research method;Chapter 2: definition of the concept of e-commerce and the role of government,elaboration of relevant theories and review of domestic and foreign research literature;Chapter 3: analysis of the current situation of the role of government and the achievements of the government in rural e-commerce,summarizing the current situation of the role of government in the development of rural e-commerce in Xinjian District.Chapter 4 analyzes the problems of the government’s role in the development of rural e-commerce in Xinjian District from the perspectives of government planning and design,policy support,branding and standardization of agricultural products,and e-commerce talents,and analyzes the causes of the problems;Chapter 5 gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems and causes;Chapter 6concludes the paper and puts forward further research questions...
