| "Made in China 2025" proposes that the manufacturing industry must adhere to the core position of innovation and firmly follow the path of innovation-driven development.The country also provides a direction for manufacturing enterprises to carry out innovation from a strategic level.As one of the important industries covered by the manufacturing industry,the automotive industry has accelerated the pace of automotive technology upgrading due to energy consumption,driving safety issues and environmental protection issues.Therefore,automobile manufacturers urgently need to carry out collaborative innovation based on technological innovation and business model innovation,so that technological innovation can accelerate the management innovation of business models,and business model innovation can promote technological capability transitions,so as to produce more market-competitive products.Disadvantages to achieve the improvement of business performance.Based on the literature research method,this thesis combines relevant theories and takes JAC as an example,and uses the system comprehensive evaluation model to carry out data standard processing and entropy value method to determine the evaluation indicators of JAC’s technological innovation and business model innovation from 2001 to 2020 respectively.and calculate the comprehensive score of evaluation,analyze the characteristics and status quo of the two and enterprise performance,and then calculate the coupling correlation and coordination degree of JAC’s innovation system from 2001 to 2020 by establishing a coupling model,and then build a VAR model,using unit root test,The cointegration test determines the feasibility of the model variable analysis,so as to determine the lag order of the model,estimate the model parameters and test the stationarity of the model,and then use the impulse response function and variance decomposition to analyze the technological innovation and business model innovation of JAC and their coupling relationship.The impact on enterprise performance,and finally,according to the research conclusions,it provides reference suggestions for how to coordinate the management of the two innovation subsystems of technological innovation and business model innovation to improve enterprise performance.The study found that the coupling correlation and coordination degree of JAC’s technology innovation and business model innovation showed a trend of first rising,then falling and then rising.Both technological innovation and business model innovation and their coupling relationship can promote the improvement of enterprise performance,and the improvement effect exists.In the lag period of Phase 1,although the degree of coupling between the two is low,it has a significant positive promotion effect in improving corporate performance,and the impact time is long.In view of the research results,it is suggested that JAC should reasonably control the investment of the two innovation subsystems,coordinate the coupling relationship of the two innovation subsystems and strengthen the overall management of the two innovation subsystems in the future development,so as to improve the enterprise performance. |
