Research On The Strategy And Path Of Postal Savings Bank Network Transformation In The Age Of Numeralization

With the popularization of the application of digital intelligence technology,various fields of economic and social life are changing rapidly.By studying the impact of the wave of numeralization on the operation of postal savings banks,this paper explores the strategy and implementation path of postal savings banks’ network transformation by using the related theory of bank transformation and the experience of commercial banks’ network transformation at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the impact of the development of numeralization on the network operation of postal savings bank,and points out the difficulties of decreasing the profitability of postal savings bank network,decreasing the counter transaction volume and increasing the pressure of cross-border competition.Applying the first principle,bank reengineering theory,Customer Relationship Management Theory and analogical performance management theory,and using for reference the transformation experience of domestic and foreign commercial banks,the trend of bank network transformation is intelligent,light-weight,community and experience.At the same time,using the PSET,SWOT classic Environment Analysis Framework,the paper analyzes the macro-and micro-competitive environment of postal savings bank network transformation.Finally,the direction and strategy of network transformation of commercial banks in the future are summarized and prospected.The full-text study focuses on the transformation of the postal savings bank network,which has the largest number of physical outlets and the widest distribution in China,it has also made positive contributions to improving the convenience and efficiency of people’s financial services.
