| SDHF Petrochemical Company is a large-scale modern enterprise group integrating petroleum refining,fine chemicals,heat supply and other industries.In recent years,with the increase in the market demand for the company’s products,the current performance appraisal program of the production department has exposed many deficiencies.In order to improve the work efficiency of the production department of SDHF Petrochemical Company and promote the increase of production capacity,it is urgent to optimize the performance appraisal system of the production department to promote the overall performance management level of the company.The performance appraisal system of SDHF petrochemical company is studied in this paper.Firstly,this paper mainly introduces SDHF petrochemical company organization and production department management situation,focusing on the production department performance appraisal system’s goal and contcent,perfprmance appraisal index and weight,performance appraisal’s main body and cycle.performance appraisal method and application,and so on,then provides the present situation reference foundation for this paper research.Secondly,this paper studies the performance appraisal system of SDHF production department by means of investigation and field interview.It is found that the performance appraisal of SDHF production department has many problems such as improper content setting,crude operating procedures,unreasonable methods and unblocked feedback channels,and then analyzes the Teasons from the enterprise management level,normative setting of indicators and consistency of targets.Finally,based on the problems mentioned above,this paper optimizes the performance appraisal system in production department,mainly in the aspects of personnel and objects,indcators and content implementation and improves the performance appraisal system the level of enterprise manager,the institutional guarantee of performance appraisal,communication channels and feedback mechanism,the supporting training measures and the compensation incentive system. |
