Study On The Influencing Factors Of Rural Dilapidated House Reconstruction Project In Region A And Countermeasures And Suggestions

The renovation project of dilapidated rural houses is an important livelihood project in China’s housing,and also an important measure to thoroughly implement the "rural revitalization strategy" proposed by the Party’s "19th National Congress".It is of great significance to improve and enhance the housing conditions of rural residents.In particular,as an important part of housing security in the poverty alleviation campaign,the renovation of dilapidated rural houses is not only the basic work of guaranteeing farmers’ housing,but also plays a crucial role in improving people’s satisfaction.Based on the above thinking,based on A systematic review of existing studies and related theories,this paper finds out the influencing factors based on the renovation project of rural dilapidated houses in Area A,and calculates 48 types of influencing factors by using the factorial analysis method,in order to provide theoretical reference for the implementation of renovation project of rural dilapidated houses in area A.Specifically,first of all,this article through to A regional rural dangerous house renovation project start to the funds allocated to the whole process of analysis,thought the present stage under A regional rural problems exist in the dangerous house renovation project,publicity is not in place,in the policy propaganda stage is not accurate,complicated in object selection stage,process execution,A baseline is not accurate,In the housing reconstruction stage,there are still problems such as imperfect execution and coordination mechanism between various departments,insufficient level of the engineering team,and different appraisal standards;in the project acceptance stage,there are also problems such as different acceptance standards and difficult acceptance process;in the capital allocation stage,there are also problems such as slow progress of capital allocation and capital interception.Then,in this paper,A region in the dangerous house renovation project and housing reform two aspects of using the capital is analyzed,and through expert scoring,government,the part of the design evaluation,subsidy object,operating procedures,construction,management,A total of 48 six dimensions factors questionnaire,using the clustering analysis to 48 influence factors are divided into six dimensions,government respectively The dimension of evaluation,object of subsidy,construction,procedure operation and management.Next use factor analysis method to calculate,through calculating the variance,contribution rate,etc.,to rank the importance of factors under each dimension analysis results show that the influence factors of the government is the primary,in second place is to assess the influence of factors,the third is the influence of subsidy object factor,the fourth is operating procedures of the influence factors of the fifth Is the construction aspect influence factor,the sixth is the management aspect influence factor.Finally,based on the above research results,using value engineering method,comprehensive use of multi-source theory to put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.This study enriches the research on rural dangerous house renovation related areas,on the one hand,expand the theory of rural dangerous house renovation project perspective,enriched from enjoy policy object definition phase funds allocated to the influence factors of the whole process of the development of the research contents,on the other hand,the implementation of the rural dangerous house renovation project for A region to provide A theoretical reference and has important practical significance,...
