In order to reduce the cost of entrustment,many companies have begun to implement equity incentive policies.As a talent incentive mechanism to enhance corporate unity and achieve benefit sharing,both high-tech enterprises and traditional enterprises are widely recognized.However,many listed companies in my country currently implement equity incentives.The incentive plan and content are relatively simple,the incentive plan cannot play its due role,and cannot achieve the predetermined goal of the incentive.This paper takes Sailun Group as the case study object,firstly introduces the overall operation and organizational structure of Sailun Group,sorts out the design and exercise results of the two equity incentive schemes of Sailun Group,and then implements the equity incentive scheme with Sailun Group The background and motivation of Sailun Group are the starting point,select the effective indicators that can appropriately evaluate the implementation of equity incentives by enterprises,and analyze the changes of company indicators before and after the implementation of two equity incentives of Sailun Group through data comparison.Through research,it is found that the first equity incentive implementation of Sailun Group has achieved good results,but there are certain problems in the choice of the second equity incentive model,and this equity incentive has not achieved the expected effect.After specific analysis,there were five problems after the implementation of Sailun Group’s second equity incentive plan: brain drain,decline in innovation ability,decline in performance indicators,rise in management costs,and negative market response.The main reasons for the analysis of the problem are the unscientific design of the equity incentive plan,including a single equity incentive method,a short exercise period,a low exercise price,one-sided exercise indicators,and a lack of incentive object selection criteria.In view of the above problems and reasons,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the equity incentive plan of Sailun Group,including clarifying the selection criteria for incentive objects,selecting a reasonable equity incentive model,extending the exercise period,introducing industry parameters to set the exercise price,and improving the assessment indicators.This paper conducts a comprehensive study on the effect of two equity incentives of Sailun Group,finds out the problems that affect the design of the equity incentive model,analyzes the reasons behind the problems,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.It provides precautions when designing the incentive plan,and can also provide advice for similar companies in the same industry when implementing equity incentives.
