Abstract/Summary:
Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020,many countries have experienced negative economic growth,and China’s market economy has also had a huge impact.As an important part of the market economy,the electric power industry plays an important role as an engine of China’s economy.However,the production and management mode of small and medium-sized electric power enterprises in China is backward.In order to effectively implement the concept of keeping improving in the electric industry,inventory management should be optimized.QD metro project components based on inventory management as the research object,the main text is divided into six chapters,three parts first chapter mainly introduces the concepts and background of this thesis,which provides the theoretical foundation for the research of inventory management,and the third and fourth chapters are the key contents of this paper,mainly analyzing the relevant data obtained through on-site research method,data analysis method and interview method,etc.,analyzing the shortcomings of inventory management in the process of project implementation and finding out the optimization scheme.In this paper,the collected historical data of nearly A thousand components are classified into three categories according to the proportion of quantity and capital,including 73 category A components,269 category B components and 553 category C components.Finally,an ABC classification table is drawn according to the classification details.In terms of the optimization demand forecast,it mainly optimizes class A components and selects micro circuit breakers from 73 components as the research object.The historical data from September 2019 to December 2020 are taken as the reference basis,and the total historical data is 57,210.Taking the average number of 2019 as the preliminary forecast value combined with the actual demand in December2019,the exponential smoothing method is used to confirm the forecast value in January2020,and so on.After calculation,the total forecast value in 2020 is 43,037.In terms of ordering method,the selected object of this paper is under the premise of ABC classification.Category A components still take the micro-circuit breaker in the southern section as the research object,and with the annual demand of 26,244 pieces as the basic data,using the reorder point model,it is concluded that when the inventory level is lower than 2545 pieces,534 pieces can be ordered.The capital proportion of BC components is not high but there are a lot of them.Taking nuts as the research object and taking the monthly demand of 45 packets as the basic data,the periodical inventory model is adopted to obtain one plate every month and a half and the highest inventory level.When the quantity is lower than 77 packets,the difference can be made up.Chapter 56 evaluates and analyzes the implementation effect of inventory management of QD Metro Line 1 by using model method,and makes a summary and outlook.Through implementing the scientific inventory management model significantly reduces the components inventory,reduce the backlog of inventory problems,at the same time,make the inventory quantity and inventory capital utilization ratio reduce,reduce the inventory cost of the project,and ensure that the products can according to the plan in an orderly way to ensure the guarantee of delivery,ensure the smooth progress of the project.At the same time,this paper provides theoretical support for the inventory management of civil engineering and electrical related projects,and provides reference for the inventory management of components of similar projects.
