| At the intersection of industrial change and high-quality economic development in China,facing changing customer demands and increasing product homogenisation,traditional product-centric manufacturing companies are no longer adapted to the development of the industry.Breaking through bottlenecks and achieving innovative development is of paramount importance to enterprises.How to achieve a competitive advantage in a fierce market environment and thus improve the innovation performance of enterprises has become the focus of current research.However,it is difficult to achieve innovation development on one’s own.As an actor in the supply chain,companies need to actively build good supply chain relationships with other actors in order to obtain more external resources,either in the form of knowledge of market needs or technological improvements,or in the form of the organisation’s internal innovation climate.Effective resource integration can provide the right entry point for improving innovation performance.Therefore,the establishment of a sound supply chain relationship directly affects the innovation performance of a company.Based on the above-mentioned research background,this paper establishes a research framework based on "supply chain relationship quality-knowledge integration-innovation performance",and takes supply chain management theory,resource-based theory and knowledge-based theory as the theoretical foundation.The research is based on three theoretical aspects: supply chain management theory,resource-based theory and knowledge-based theory,using various research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis,and applying SPSS and PLS software to conduct empirical analysis of statistical data to study the relationship between supply chain management and innovation performance.Firstly,the quality of supply chain relationship is selected as the research object,and its influence on the innovation performance of enterprises is demonstrated from two dimensions of trust and commitment;secondly,knowledge integration is introduced as a mediating variable and analysed from two dimensions of complementary knowledge integration and auxiliary knowledge integration to investigate whether the knowledge integration in two different dimensions has a mediating effect in the model;finally,the innovation atmosphere of enterprises is selected as a moderating variable affecting Finally,the innovation climate of enterprises was selected as a moderating variable affecting the innovation performance of enterprises,and the impact of knowledge integration of innovation climate in two different dimensions on the creativity performance of enterprises was examined.The research results show that:(1)from the perspectives of both trust and commitment,enterprises enhance the quality of supply chain relationships,which is conducive to improving the innovation performance of enterprises;(2)enterprises carry out knowledge integration has an important role in promoting the innovation performance of enterprises;(3)different dimensions of knowledge integration have different effects in mediating the relationship between the quality of supply chain relationships and innovation performance,and the positive contribution of complementary knowledge integration to innovation performance is(3)Different dimensions of knowledge integration have different mediating effects on the relationship between the quality of supply chain relationships and innovation performance,and the positive effect of complementary knowledge integration on innovation performance is more significant.(4)In the path of the effect of knowledge integration on enterprise innovation performance,innovation atmosphere has a moderating effect.The stronger the innovation atmosphere within an enterprise,the stronger the knowledge integration can be,and thus the effect of knowledge integration driving innovation performance can be significantly improved.The findings of this paper can not only enrich and extend the theory of supply chain relationship,but also provide decision making reference for the managers of manufacturing enterprises in reality. |
