Research On The Improvement Of Financial Model Of T Foreign Trade Company

With the deepening of economic globalization and marketization,enterprises must improve the quality of decision-making if they want to gain greater advantages in competition.The financial functions of enterprises have changed to some extent,and so has the financial management mode.Accounting,from the original accounting to the present forecast,supervision,control and other functions of deepening and expanding are due to the explosion of information technology and the expansion of the global economy.After 40 years of reform and opening up,deepening reform,transformation and upgrading are still the inevitable choices for Chinese enterprises in the face of complicated business competition.Accounting also conforms to the development of The Times,from accounting computerization to financial management mode of industry and finance integration.The integration of industry and finance is an important breakthrough of financial transformation,a way for enterprises to promote strategic decisions,a demand for business expansion,and a strong support for enterprises to maintain sustainable development.Based on T foreign trade company as the research prototype,this paper employed the wealth the theoretical concept of integration,analyze the current situation of the development of the company’s financial,sum up a stage of enterprise financial model financial business functional collaborative insufficiency,the industry process design is not reasonable,industry wealth work focus is not unified,the budgeting process industry relative separation of the four aspects of outstanding problems.Based on the concept of industry and finance integration,this paper fully launches the writing of the financial model improvement plan of T foreign trade company.Firstly,the SWOT model is used for a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of T foreign trade enterprise,and the strategic objectives and overall improvement plan based on industry and finance integration are drawn up.Secondly,the reform of financial organizational structure and functional mode under the integration of industry and finance,the construction of centralized accounting and financial sharing center,tailored business process,based on the integration of industry and finance enterprise collaborative management and performance evaluation mechanism and other specific improvement schemes are proposed.Under the new economic scenario,the management mode of enterprises will also change,and the integration of industry and finance will become a new development trend of enterprise financial reform,which has attracted extensive attention from the theoretical and practical circles.The integration of industry and finance needs to go through a long process.In the process of reform,we must reflect on the problems encountered and constantly improve and perfect the scheme.The research results of this paper not only enrich the literature related to the integration of industry and finance and management accounting transformation,but also have important practical reference value for enterprises how to achieve the overall development goals and how to carry out financial transformation.It is hoped that the writing of this paper can provide reference for domestic enterprises of the same type to realize the transformation of financial mode of industry and finance integration in the future,and also provide new ideas for academic research on industry and finance integration.
