Abstract/Summary:
As a high-tech service industry,third-party testing industry has developed rapidly in recent years.Due to the rapid growth of the number of relevant institutions and the increasingly fierce market competition,China’s inspection and testing industry has been transformed from the growth stage to the quality stage of development.China’s testing institutions mainly include government testing institutions,internal testing institutions of enterprises and private third-party testing institutions.As the government promotes the reform of the testing industry,many government testing institutions that used to be government institutions have been transformed into enterprises,and the internal testing institutions of enterprises have been transformed into independent third-party institutions,which are responsible for their own profits and losses,intensifying the competition in the testing market.In this environment,Dalian Dazhong Testing Technology Service Co.,LTD.,which was established by integrating the former testing management department and testing/calibration laboratory of Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Group,is also facing huge market competition pressure.This thesis chooses Dalian Dazhong Testing Technology Service Co.,LTD as the research object.First of all,the macro environment and industry environment of the company are fully analyzed with PEST model and five forces competition model.Then,the internal environment of the company is analyzed based on the development history of the company and the company’s own resources and capabilities.On this basis,the external opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses of the company are summarized.Then the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze and summarize the alternative strategies that the company can use at the present stage.The differentiation strategy is selected as the company’s competitive strategy by quantitative comparison with QSPM.Finally,the corresponding strategy implementation measures are formulated from the three aspects of product differentiation,service differentiation and brand image differentiation,and corresponding safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.Through the competition strategy study on Dalian Dazhong Testing Technology Service Co.,LTD.,it provides an effective plan for the development of the company in the current competitive environment,and provides some effective reference for the future development planning of other state-owned testing enterprises with the same background,so as to promote the development of the third-party testing industry.
