The construction industry is one of the most important real economy in China.As a traditional industry,its problems of high pollution and high energy consumption have always been prominent.Technological innovation is the core driving force of high-quality development and structural upgrading of the construction industry.In the 21 st century,faced with the continuous deterioration of the global ecological environment and the rapid development of information technology,the development of technological innovation in construction industry faces new challenges.At present,the development of technological innovation of construction industry in China is slow,and there are great differences in region.It is necessary to construct a set of evaluation index system which is suitable for the development status of technological innovation of construction industry in China that can measure accuratly the level of technological innovation of construction industry in China and formulate the technological innovation promotion strategy in line with the development of various regions,so as to improve the overall level of technology innovation in China’s construction industry.This paper analyzes the technological innovation activities in the construction industry from the perspective of innovation ecosystem and puts forward the concept of technological innovation ecosystem in the construction industry.Based on the theory of innovation ecosystem,the evaluation index system of the technological innovation of construction industry in China was constructed from four dimensions of innovation environment,innovation subject,innovation motivation and innovation output,and specific indexes were selected according to the characteristics of the technological innovation ecosystem in the construction industry.According to the evaluation index system of technological innovation level in the construction industry,referring to the data acquisition method of the existing evaluation index of technological innovation level,the author uses tools such as octopus and excel to mine the data from many databases such as CNKI,statistical website and Wanfang Data,and explores three data acquisition methods of statistical data,search statistics and text preprocessing.These methods can complete the acquisition of numerical data and text data involved in the evaluation index system;The existing evaluation methods of technological innovation level are summarized and analyzed.The cloud model and the evaluation method of poset are selected,and the cloud-poset evaluation model that is as the evaluation model of technological innovation level of construction industry in China is constructed by combining the characteristics of the two methods.According to the evaluation index system of the technological innocation level in the construction industry and index data,the comprehensive evaluation of the technological innovation level of construction industry in China is completed by using the cloud-poset evaluation model.The evaluation results show that the technological innovation whole level of construction industry in China is low,and the imbalance among different regions is serious.The technological innovation level of the eastern developed regions is obviously higher than that of other regions.It is found that there are significant differences in innovation factors in Hubei,Zhejiang,Hebei,Shaanxi and Heilongjiang.The greater the difference in innovation factors,the greater the impact on technological innovation level.According to the technological innovation level,30 provinces can be divided into 6 categories,and the classification results are related to the local economy,geography,education and other factors. |
