China’s Industrial Structure Optimization To Promote High-quality Economic Research

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the development of the three industries has driven the rapid growth of China’s economy,and the role of industrial structure optimization in promoting economic growth is obvious to all.The19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that China’s economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development.Marx’s theory of social reproduction reveals that the operation of the national economy is constrained by the realization of the total social product.The optimization of the industrial structure can ensure the smooth realization of the total social products by maintaining the dynamic balance of the two major departments in terms of total volume and structure,thereby accumulating momentum for the development of the national economy and improving efficiency,which will become a must for China to achieve high-quality economic development.China’s industrial structure has undergone a development process from factor-driven to innovation-driven,which has effectively improved people’s lives,improved the modernization of my country’s industrial system,the resilience of the industrial chain,and the rationality of industrial regional layout.However,the coexistence of overproduction at the low end and insufficient production at the high end,the unreasonable distribution of industrial resources,the lack of a unified national market,the coexistence of sluggish growth in domestic demand and the coexistence of spillovers from consumer demand have hindered the continued progress of social reproduction.In order to further optimize the industrial structure and accelerate the promotion of high-quality economic development,the smooth realization of the total social products should be put first,and the optimization of the industrial structure should be promoted around the needs of the people’s better life.In the process of building the new development paradigm,it is necessary to form a high-quality industrial structure that "focuses on innovation,strengthens coordination,advocates green,promotes openness,and promotes sharing",so as to realize the rapid development of China’s economy.
