The spurt of new technologies and the intensification of the innovation game of big countries have made single organizations face many challenges such as environmental complexity,resource variability,market uncertainty and global conservatization.It is difficult for enterprises to gain sustainable competitive advantage by their own technology and knowledge alone,and it is also difficult for them to "stand alone" in national and industrial competition.Therefore,creating an enterprise innovation ecosystem is an important way to cope with the new round of technological revolution and solve the problem of necking.This study uses innovation ecosystem theory and organizational network theory to construct a multi-level network model of innovation ecosystem of state-owned manufacturing enterprises from "innovation individual-innovation community-innovation ecology".In this study,the theoretical relationship between individual network location,connection orientation and innovation output in the innovation ecosystem is proposed,as well as the regulation mechanism of innovation environment.The empirical study was conducted with patent as the carrier and AVIC as the research target.In the empirical part,the innovation subject enterprises participating in the innovation ecosystem of AVIC Group from 2002 to 2018 are selected as samples,and network location,group connection inwardness and cluster connection outwardness are the independent variables,innovation environment is the moderating variable,and innovation output is the dependent variable,and the GLS regression method is used for analysis.The research results show that the structural evolution of AVIC’s innovation ecological community presents the following characteristics: First,the main body and community expansion of AVIC’s innovation ecological innovation and the increase of species diversity have laid the foundation for the stability of innovation ecology.Second,the innovation ecology has formed a "single core-multi-level" network structure and a "cross-community-cross-group" embedded model.The future network structure may evolve to a "multi-core-multi-level" structure.Third,Beijing is the only core community in the innovation ecology,and universities lead the development of the community;Shanghai is the most open community,and the structural stability of the community is not strong;Xi’an is the second largest innovation community,and the community lacks the core subject of integrated resources;Shenyang The high external dependence of Chengdu and Tianjin is not conducive to community development.Fourth,the advantageous ecological network position,community outward connection,and group internal connection of innovative individuals in the enterprise innovation ecosystem have a significant positive impact on innovation output.A good innovation environment positively regulates the positive relationship between network location and the outward orientation of community connectivity by enhancing the resource absorption capacity of innovative individuals.This study focuses on the dynamic evolution of enterprise innovation eco-community and the influence mechanism of "community" and "group" on innovation output,and considers the ecological scenario factors,which not only deepens the understanding of enterprise innovation ecosystem in existing studies,but also provides reference for the integration of innovation individuals into the innovation ecosystem of state-owned mega manufacturing enterprises and the integration of resources in the ecosystem to enhance innovation capability. |
