| Corn is the main food crop in China.It has the attributes of energy,finance and ensuring national food security.It plays an important strategic role in stabilizing grain supply in China.In2020,the sown area of corn accounted for 35% of China’s grain sown area,reaching 4126000hectares;The output of corn is 260 million tons,accounting for 39% of the country’s total grain output.With the continuous development of food processing industry and livestock and poultry breeding industry,corn has become the key to maintain food stability and the development of agricultural production.Northeast China is the largest dominant area of corn production in China,with corn sowing area and yield accounting for more than 30% of the country.The output of corn increased from 47.6561 million tons in 2006 to 84.139 million tons in 2020,making a significant contribution to ensuring national food security.Corn is not only a food crop,but also an important feed source.Its stable and stable growth is not only related to national food security,but also plays an important role in stabilizing animal husbandry economy.This paper mainly takes the main maize producing areas in Northeast China as the research object,based on the current situation of maize production in Northeast China,explores the main factors affecting the growth of maize production in the main maize producing areas in the new period by means of trend decomposition and econometric analysis,and further puts forward the policies and measures to stabilize the growth of maize production in the main maize producing areas in Northeast China,which has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting national grain stability and ensuring food security.The research content of this paper is mainly divided into three parts.The first part includes chapter one and chapter two,which mainly expounds the background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,related concepts and theoretical basis of corn production in Northeast China,and constructs the overall idea and framework of this paper.The second part is the third chapter,which mainly analyzes the total output and consumption of corn and the trend of corn supply and demand.The results showed that from 2006 to 2020,the corn consumption and yield in Northeast China increased significantly,with the growth rates reaching 364.22%and 76.55% respectively.The situation of corn production and demand in Northeast China has changed from less than-378500 tons to less than-378500 tons.The third part includes chapter4 and Chapter 5,which mainly analyzes the growth of total maize yield and its influencing factors in Northeast China,and the growth of maize yield per unit area and its influencing factors.The results showed that in terms of the contribution to the total yield of maize,the effect of the yield per unit area of Maize in Northeast China was more obvious than the sowing area.Among the three provinces,the contribution rates of the yield per unit area of Jilin Province,Liaoning Province and Heilongjiang Province to the total yield reached 95.05%,77.98% and52.84% respectively.In terms of influencing factors of corn yield,factors such as chemical fertilizer,machinery leasing,labor force andpolicy have a positive impact on Corn Yield in Northeast China.Finally,based on the above empirical analysis and research results,this study puts forward the following relevant suggestions: first,ensure the stability of sowing area and ensure the total supply capacity of corn;Second,improve the level of agricultural mechanization and enhance the production capacity of corn;Third,increase the construction of farmland water conservancy facilities and improve the effective irrigation area of corn;Fourth,make full use of the international market to reduce the supply pressure of forage corn;Fifth,strengthen the popularization of new technologies and increase the yield per unit area of corn;Sixth,increase investment in science and technology and improve the technical level of corn production. |
