| On November 29,2015,the decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on winning the battle against poverty was officially implemented. The goal is to fully realize "two no worries and Three Guarantees" by 2020.Jilin Province was originally eight national poverty-stricken counties, with 700000 poor people registered in the province. All poverty-stricken counties will get rid of poverty in 2019 and all the population will get rid of poverty under the current standard in 2020.2021 is the beginning year of the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the starting year of the 14 th five year plan.Continuously increasing the income of rural residents in poor areas, further narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and promoting the common prosperity of all people are the goals and tasks of effectively connecting poverty eradication and rural revitalization. At present, there are many studies on the overall income growth of rural residents, while there are relatively few theoretical studies on the sustainable income increase of rural residents in poor areas of Jilin Province, and less from the perspective of income structure and resource endowment among poor areas, which can not effectively reflect the difference level and income increase direction between different poor areas, poor areas and non poor areas. The overall quality of rural residents in poverty-stricken areas is not high, their physical health is relatively poor, the development level of primary industry is not high, the industrial integration is not deep enough, and it is difficult to transfer employment and entrepreneurship. These problems do exist, which pose a challenge to the sustained increase of rural residents’ income in poverty-stricken areas.Based on the relevant research of many scholars and the survey data of relevant departments, this paper takes 900 rural families in the original 8 national poverty-stricken counties of Jilin Province as the research object, and understands the income, consumption, production, operation and employment of each family through one-year continuous monitoring and questionnaire survey.Based on the theories of dual economic structure, agricultural growth stage and new urbanization, this paper selects 10 indicators such as education level, health level, operating land area, operating net income, wage income, property net income and transfer net income as explanatory variables, and comprehensively uses the analysis methods of principal component regression analysis to construct the analysis model. The results show that the net income of the primary industry, the area of land, the degree of health and the net income of the tertiary industry are highly positively correlated with the income of rural residents in poor areas of Jilin Province.Combined with the field investigation,it is proposed that rural residents in poor areas of Jilin Province should make continuous efforts from three aspects: vigorously developing the primary industrial chain, cultivating and expanding the modern industrial economic model and improving the transfer and employment level of rural labor force,so as to achieve the goal of continuous income increase. |
