Study On Garlic Planting Cost And Benefit In Jinxiang County

The No.1 document of the CPC Central Committee has focused on agriculture,rural areas and farmers for 19 consecutive years.The Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on The Key Work of Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization by 2022 clearly stated that we should stabilize the agricultural infrastructure and do a good job in agriculture,rural areas and farmers to continue the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.The importance of agriculture,rural areas and farmers can be seen in ensuring stable and increased agricultural output,steady increase in farmers’;income,and stability and tranquility in rural areas.Garlic as a small agricultural products,the development of its industry can not be ignored.Jinxiang county as one of the main garlic production and export in China,garlic industry has become a pillar industry to drive the economic development of Jinxiang County.The study of garlic planting cost and income in Jinxiang County can put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to increase the planting income of farmers in Jinxiang County,which also has certain reference significance for other main garlic producing areas to increase the planting income of garlic.In this paper,the garlic planting cost and income situation in Jinxiang County,Shandong Province is taken as the research object.Based on the existing literature,the garlic planting history of Jinxiang County is summarized,and the questionnaire is designed and the farmers are deeply interviewed to collect and collate the garlic planting cost and income data in Jinxiang County.Through analysis of jinxiang garlic planting history and the present situation of planting jinxiang garlic cultivation problems,and then deeply analyzed planting cost,price and income changes,using multiple linear regression method and stepwise regression to carry on the empirical analysis,the influence factors of affecting jinxiang garlic cultivation of net income and its influence degree,finally came to the conclusion that Put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of raising garlic planting income in Jinxiang County.Through analyzing the current situation of garlic planting in Jinxiang County,analyzing the change of garlic planting cost,price and income,as well as the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of garlic planting cost and income.It was concluded that with the increase of planting years,there were several problems in garlic planting,such as the obstacle of repeated cropping,the imbalance of soil nutrients,the degeneration of species and the deterioration of disease resistance,which affected the yield.Moreover,the quality of agricultural production factors is uneven and the garlic farmers are blind in planting.The cost of planting,especially the cost of raw materials and labor,increased greatly and the selling price was unstable.By establishing multiple linear regression model and the stepwise regression,it is concluded that garlic annual production,the sale price,the cost of raw materials and labor costs for growing a great effect on net income,among them,the annual production and sales price and the garlic cultivation net income was positively related to relationship,the cost of raw materials and labor costs are negatively related with garlic cultivation of net income.In view of the factors affecting the garlic yield in Jinxiang County,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to control the cost and improve the yield.One is to reduce the obstacle of repeated cropping and adjust the soil nutrient elements;The second is to take measures to improve disease resistance;Third,standardize the agricultural market,and supervise the quality and price of raw materials;Fourthly,strengthen market information construction and avoid blind planting;Fifth,to improve the level of mechanization,reduce labor costs;Sixth,prevent hot money speculation,stable sales price;Seven is to change the marketing model,improve the sales price.
