Research On The Impact Of Green Finance On Highquality Economic Development

Since green sustainability has become the background of China’s high-quality economic development,and,finance is also an important bloodline of economic operation,the importance of green finance to China’s economic development is becoming increasingly prominent.This article first sorts out the literature research status of green finance and high-quality economic development at home and abroad;secondly,clarifies the connotation of green finance and highquality economic development and analyzes the impact of green finance on highquality economic development;third,analyzes the current situation of green finance and high-quality economic development,builds an evaluation system for green finance and high-quality economic development,and measures the indicators;then,uses quantitative analysis methods to explore the impact of green finance on highquality economic development;finally,according to the research content,it puts forward suggestions and prospects for the future development of green finance and high-quality economy.For empirical research,this paper mainly uses the entropy empowerment method to calculate the green finance and economic high-quality development index based on the statistical data of 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government from 2010 to 2019,and the green financial indicators and high-quality economic development indicators of 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government in the past 10 years are analyzed by the regression analysis of the ordinary least squares method(OLS)and the degree of coupling correlation and coordination,and the 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government are divided into three regions: east,middle and west.Regional heterogeneous data analysis was also carried out.The study shows that,in terms of comprehensive dimensions,green finance as a whole promotes the highquality development of China’s economy;from the perspective of regional heterogeneity,whether in the eastern,central and western regions,green finance provides a certain role in promoting the high-quality development of the economy,but compared with the central region,the promotion effect of green finance on highquality economic development is more prominent in the eastern and western regions;at the same time,according to the degree of coupling,the vigorous development of green finance in China as a whole and in various regions can also promote highquality development.However,if the two are examined from the perspective of coupling coordination,the overall and regional green finance and high-quality economic development in China have not reached a state of win-win symbiosis,or are on the verge of imbalance,or moderate imbalance,and China still needs to explore ways of coordinated development of the two.China needs to continue to attach importance to the development of green finance so that it can further promote the high-quality development of China’s economy.
