| The Yangtze River Delta has a strong momentum of economic development,and its total economic volume continues to grow.However,there is a great difference in the economic development of the three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta,the development is not balanced,and the economic gap between the cities is large.At the same time in the process of rapid economic development also brought about ecological environment problems.It is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of the Yangtze River Delta region and realize the green and sustainable economic development of the Yangtze River Delta region,to enhance the innovation and competitiveness of the Yangtze River Delta region,and then to promote the improvement of technological progress and technical efficiency of the whole country.The measurement of green total factor productivity(GTFP)can well measure the green development of economy,measure the speed of economic development and consider the impact of energy and environmental factors.This paper first analyzes the current situation of relevant input-output indicators in the Yangtze River Delta region,and then measures green total factor productivity to analyze its dynamic evolution and differentiation trend.Further through establishing regression model to identify the impact of relevant factors.The research conclusions are as follows.(1)during the sample period,most cities in the Yangtze river delta have realized the improvement of GTFP to varying degrees,indicating that most cities in the Yangtze river delta also pay attention to the issues related to energy consumption and environmental pollution while developing economy.GTFP showed an overall growth trend,but the difference was large,and there was a decline in some years.The technological progress index is basically consistent with its changing trend,and technological progress plays a major role in its improvement.The technological innovation ability of cities in the Yangtze River Delta region keeps improving,but the growth of technological efficiency is insufficient and needs to be further improved.(2)Through the convergence test,it is found that there is no absolute convergence in the whole Yangtze River Delta and different core regions,but there is conditional convergence.This shows that different cities converge to their own steady-state equilibrium value,but the gap between cities still exists.Relatively backward cities have not gained the development effect brought by technological progress,and technological diffusion barriers still exist.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on the green economic development of backward regions.From the analysis of kernel density estimation map,it can be seen that the morphological characteristics of GTFP horizontal distribution have changed significantly during the sample period,and the GTFP difference in the Yangtze River Delta region has a trend of widening.(3)From the perspective of influencing factors,the influence direction of economic development level,human capital,energy structure and other indicators on GTFP was deeply discussed.It was found that economic development level,human capital,energy structure and government intervention promoted its improvement,while foreign investment,industrial structure and technological progress hindered its improvement.Finally,the following policy suggestions are put forward:The Yangtze River Delta needs to transform its economic development model and strive to achieve high-quality development,Constantly improve the talent introduction system to promote the promotion of human capital,Reasonable introduction of foreign investment,optimize the introduction of foreign capital structure,Accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure and realize the green transformation and development of industry,We will vigorously develop green and clean energy and accelerate energy restructuring.Strengthen scientific and technological innovation to achieve green technology progress,The government actively intervenes to achieve green economic development. |
