Research On Financial Strategy Of Shanxi K Rural Commercial Bank

Rural commercial banks are developed on the basis of rural credit cooperatives and now can be seen everywhere in the country.Rural commercial banks have contributed to the development of China’s banking industry.However,in recent years,the growth rate of rural commercial banks has slowed down,and the form of profits is changing,facing opportunities and challenges.In particular,the financial strategy of rural commercial banks has the most obvious impact on its sustainable development.The continuous development and expansion of rural commercial banks in China,and the increasing number of agricultural commercial banks,to a certain extent,promote the development of China’s agriculture,but also shows that rural commercial banks play an important role in China’s economic development.Therefore,we need to attach great importance to the financial strategy development of rural commercial banks,otherwise it will seriously affect the development of China’s banking industry and even the national economy.This paper takes K Rural commercial Bank as the research object,takes financial strategy as the research issue,investigates the current financial strategy status of K rural commercial Bank from the aspects of profitability,security and liquidity in combination with capital structure and other theories,and then comprehensively uses PEST and Porter five Forces model analysis methods.For K rural commercial bank the current researches in macro environment and micro environment,and will be in the form of SWOT matrix K rural commercial bank the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats to sum up,on the basis of the rural commercial bank financial strategy for K strategy formulation,and puts forward the investment,financing and dividend distribution of financial strategy,Finally for the implementation of financial strategy to provide safeguards.The conclusion of this paper provides a theoretical basis for similar research in the future,plays a guiding role,and can also provide reference for the reform and innovation of the financial strategy of the same type of rural commercial banks,so as to promote the sustainable development of rural commercial banks in China.
