Generally,stock pledge is a financing business conducted by commercial banks,general companies,etc..In 2013,the CSRC formally approved the establishment of a pilot stock pledge for securities companies.By virtue of understanding the advantages of listed companies,business is booming.By 2014,the market share of securities companies in this business has already exceeded 50%.If a stock pledge defaults,bad debts and bad assets will appear,which will have a huge impact on securities companies and even affect the stability of China’s financial market,bring uncertainty to the country’s economic development.C Securities Company is a well-known Securities Company in Hebei Province.Since 2013,the company has been vigorously developing its stock pledge business.At present,the business scale of the company is already very considerable,but companies often face the problem of stock pledge default.C Securities Company is a typical representative of listed securities companies,since its establishment,it has developed rapidly and become a national and comprehensive a-share listed securities company with full license,and its stock pledge business has been magnified several times.Under this background,the author takes the Stock Pledge Risk of C Securities Company as the research object,through the literature search,the case study and so on form,unifies the Stock Pledge Risk Management related theory,uses the case analysis form,choose C Securities Company as the object of study,carry out research on the risk management of the stock pledge business of this enterprise,and analyze its management mode in depth.This paper investigates and studies the Stock Pledge Business carried out by C securities company in recent years,and sums up it from the aspects of due diligence,continuous management,and disposition of default,etc.,and a radical form of management.On the basis of this,the author constructs the risk index system of the related business of the enterprise,and uses the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze the defects of the risk control measures in the stock pledge business of C Securities Company,through in-depth analysis of the existing problems,the author found that the company mainly has such major problems as lack of understanding of risk management,incomplete risk warning mechanism,incomplete construction of risk management system,lack of professional personnel in risk management,etc.,on this basis,we will improve the pre-loan review,optimize the post-loan risk management system,raise risk awareness and improve the personnel system,perfect the company risk management system four aspects proposed C Securities Company Stock Pledge Repo Business Risk Management Improvement Policy,thus not only can guarantee the company’s stability,also can cause the company’s Stock Pledge Business Steady growth,keep The associated risks under control.The research results of this paper can create more profit value for C securities company under the premise of controllable risk,provide further development ideas for other business risk management,and help C securities company to further develop its various business,at the same time for other brokerage counterparts to provide reference.
