Research On Risk Management Of Pre-guaranteed Due Diligence In Financing Guarantee Companies

With the development of China’s economy,SMEs in various places have more and more demand for guarantees.China’s guarantee industry has an increasingly important economic impact and has an irreplaceable role.Pre-guarantee due diligence is the most important part of the risk management of guarantees and has a decisive impact on SME financing.The due diligence before the guarantee is the key to identifying the risk of the entire guarantee project and controlling the risk.Because the theory and practice of risk management in pre-warp due diligence are still in the immature stage in China,the research on risk management is very important for financing guarantee companies.In view of this,this paper aims to analyze the specific practices of pre-guarantee due diligence risk management by using literature collection method,case analysis method and quantitative analysis method to analyze the case of guarantee company Y and guaranteed company D as examples.The main types of risks are identified,and a risk matrix model is established.The risk assessment of the guarantee company Y on the pre-guarantee due diligence of the guaranteed company D leads to the level of each risk.Through the research in this paper,it is found that the total value of the Y guarantee company’s pre-detention due diligence risk is at the intermediate level.Among them,moral hazard,financial risk,operational risk,and management risk are all at a medium level,and only industry risks are at a low level.In view of this result,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures of moral hazard,the optimization countermeasures of financial risk,the optimization countermeasures of business risk,and the optimization countermeasures of management risk.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a certain reference for the prevention of risk prevention of pre-insured due diligence for Y guarantee companies in Yunnan Province,improve the management level of risks,ensure the smooth completion of corporate guarantee business,and also provideguidance for the risk management of the guarantee industry.The role of promoting the sound progress of the entire industry.
