With the progress of globalization and world economic integration,the competition within enterprises is becoming more and more intense.All kinds of enterprises are changing and innovating from product technology to internal management system,so as to meet the changes of market economic structure and world macroeconomic pattern.The increasingly fierce competition among peers and rising prices make the company face greater challenges and smaller profit space;Reducing production costs and enhancing the profitability of enterprises in production and operation are always the key issues in their development and growth.At the same time,for retail wholesale enterprises,the purchase cost of raw materials accounts for a large proportion of the total cost,which has a significant impact on the production and operation of such enterprises.Adopting supply chain management mode can effectively control costs,increase profits and improve market competitiveness.Combined with the current situation at home and abroad and the current situation of the company,it can play a greater value for the enterprise to integrate resources,communicate information and control costs.This study takes the raw material procurement cost management of GQ enterprises as the main research object,classifies the procurement cost content of GQ company from the perspective of supply chain,and divides the procurement cost control process into four stages,namely,the structure of procurement department,procurement management process,supplier management and inventory management.It analyzes the current situation and main problems of each procurement cost control,and puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme.Firstly,the paper expounds the research background and scientific research significance,as well as the relevant theoretical knowledge such as cost control theory,supply chain value theory and supplier evaluation principle,and expounds the management mode of enterprise raw material procurement cost from the perspective of supplier procurement cost management;Secondly,it expounds the basic situation of GQ enterprise.Through the analysis of the current situation of GQ enterprise,it is found that the organizational structure of GQ enterprise is not perfect,the effectiveness of procurement management process is low,there is no supplier management evaluation system and unreasonable product division.Finally,from the perspective of supply chain,according to the existing problems of GQ company,this paper puts forward optimization schemes such as improving the organizational structure of procurement department,optimizing procurement process,establishing supplier management evaluation system and implementing ABC classification method,and puts forward safeguard measures,such as optimizing information system and perfecting system.We hope to improve the current situation of GQ’s procurement cost control and realize the improvement of economic benefits.
