Study On Construction Project Cost Risk Management

With the development and improvement of China’s construction market,construction enterprises must face fierce market competition in order to obtain the task,and the continuous increase of competitiveness leads to the low-price bid has become inevitable.In order to achieve sustainable development,construction enterprises must strengthen the cost risk management of construction projects,enhance the controllability of cost risk and effectively improve the cost management level of construction projects through reducing cost and increasing efficiency,as to improve the profitability of construction enterprises.Accordingly,strengthening construction project cost risk management is imminent.Firstly,the thsis discusses the research background,purpose and significance of the subject,sorts out and evaluates the current situation of risk research at home and abroad,and clarifies the research content,research methods and technical route.Secondly,expounds the construction project cost risk management theory and risk management commonly used quantitative methods.Thirdly,the cost risks that may be encountered in the construction process are preliminarily identified by the theoretical analysis method,and the risk factors are further screened by the Delphi method,and the final list of risk factors were established.Fourthly,the risk evaluation index system was established according to the risk factors,the weight coefficient of the index was calculated by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the risk was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Fifthly,from the bidding decision-making stage,construction preparation stage,construction stage,completion acceptance stage,warranty stage and other five aspects of the targeted risk management countermeasures.Finally,taking the actual construction project as an example,the practical operation of cost risk management was carried out.
