Research On Purchasing Risk Management Of Shanxi H Trading Company

Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,the global economic structure is constantly changing,the trade environment is becoming more and more complicated,the competition in the market is becoming more and more fierce,and the procurement management of enterprises is also facing great challenges.As an indispensable part of the daily operation of enterprises,procurement activities have various risks.The management and control of purchasing risk plays a vital role in the development of enterprises.Through the specific process of risk identification,risk evaluation and risk response,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the risk of enterprise procurement management for the strategic development of enterprises.Based on the theory of purchasing risk,this paper takes enterprises as the research object,and adopts literature research,field visit and qualitative and quantitative research methods to study the purchasing management risk of enterprises.The main research process and conclusions are as follows:(1)The research background of current procurement risk management is expounded,and the relevant theoretical basis of domestic and foreign scholars on procurement risk and risk identification is studied,which provides theoretical basis for the following,and then determines the research framework and ideas of this paper.(2)Through on-the-spot investigation and consulting relevant documents of Shanxi H Trading Company,we can know the basic situation of the enterprise;Through visiting the leaders in charge,business departments and management departments,etc.,summed up the purchasing management status of Shanxi H Trading Company;Combined with the actual situation of enterprises,this paper analyzes the possible risk factors in the purchasing process of enterprises,and analyzes their causes.(3)Based on the analysis of the purchasing process of Shanxi H Trading Company by using the risk identification theory,the possible risk factors in the purchasing process of Shanxi H Trading Company were further identified and analyzed by using the expert interview method.After integration,the purchasing risk identification list of Shanxi H Trading Company was obtained,which made the preliminary preparations for the purchasing risk evaluation.(4)Through qualitative and quantitative research methods,according to the actual situation of Shanxi H Trading Company,the index system of purchasing risk evaluation of Shanxi H Trading Company is constructed,so as to determine the purchasing risk factors of Shanxi H Trading Company.Then,through the questionnaire survey data,the procurement risk evaluation model is constructed,and the weight of each risk factor evaluation index is determined by AHP.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the purchasing risk factors of Shanxi H Trading Company,and the purchasing risk level of Shanxi H Trading Company is obtained.The results show that the procurement risk level of Shanxi H Trading Company is high,among which the internal management has the largest weight and the risk level is still high,which provides data support for the next risk response.(5)According to the identified risk factors and evaluation results,combined with the risk response theory,this paper analyzes the risk factors existing in the process of purchasing management from several aspects,such as risk avoidance,risk transfer and risk mitigation.Shanxi H Trading Company can reasonably avoid or mitigate risks by improving the internal management level,strengthening supply chain management and raising the awareness of market risk prevention.The research of this paper can be applied to the procurement risk management of Shanxi H Trading Company,so as to reduce the procurement management cost of Shanxi H Trading Company and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time,it provides a detailed idea for risk types and factor analysis of risk identification.It enriched the identification,evaluation,response and practical application of procurement risk,put forward some suggestions for enterprise procurement risk management,and provided useful reference for related enterprises to improve the ability of procurement risk identification,evaluation and response.
