Study On The Integrated Development Mode Of Primary,Secondary And Tertiary Industries In Agricultural Demonstration Zone Of Qiandongnan Prefecture

In the new era,the central government’s major decision on agriculture,rural areas and farmers is to combine the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,vigorously develop agriculture,give rural industries the name of agriculture,make agriculture multi-functional,and transform traditional agriculture into modern agriculture.In 2018,the No.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee clearly proposed the implementation of "Three parks,three districts and one Integrated system",vigorously fostering new forms of business and new ways,and realizing the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.On the basis of field research and reference to relevant information,this paper focuses on the beginning and end of the development of Agricultural demonstration parks in Qiandongnan Prefecture,and tries to find an industrial integration model suitable for the development of agricultural demonstration parks in Qiandongnan Prefecture.The research mainly starts from the following aspects:First,carding a large number of literature study and related concepts,on the basis of the 123 industrial convergence theory in the rural areas,agricultural versatility theory,industrial chain theory as the instruction,starting from the inner mechanism of the rural industry 123 fusion,construct agricultural demonstration park industrial convergence "motivation-path-model" logical framework.It also provides a basis for the study of the integration model of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in qiandongnan Agricultural demonstration park.Secondly,according to build the theoretical framework of qiandongnan prefecture agricultural demonstration park of the 123 carry out specific analysis on industrial convergence development pattern research,from the present situation,motivation,path,fusion model,the key to Mr Uka majiang county ping blueberry industry demonstration garden and kaili "cloud valley" as the research on analyzing representative cases,It also points out the common problems existing in the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in the agricultural demonstration park of Southeast Guizhou Province,such as the low degree of industry innovation in the tertiary industry,the low degree of association between the primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and the weak industrial driving ability.On this basis,two national rural industrial integration demonstration parks are selected as reference cases for research.Finally,according to the actual situation of the three-industry integration of agricultural demonstration parks in Southeast Guizhou and the advanced experience of the three-industry integration of agricultural demonstration parks outside guizhou,the innovation mode of the three-industry integration development of agricultural demonstration parks in southeast Guizhou is deeply analyzed.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward to promote the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in qiandongnan Agricultural demonstration park.
