| Guiyang is not only the capital of Guizhou Province,but also a regional central city in the southwest of China.In order to further enhance urban functions and promote the leapfrog development of the regional economy,shantytown transformation has become an important part of Guiyang city’s urban planning.However,the transformation of shantytowns involves the interests of all parties.And it is affected by factors such as land,financing and rehousing,resulting in the current transformation of shantytowns in Guiyang City not meeting the expectations of the government.Even becoming one of the important obstacles to the transformation and development of Guiyang City.In view of this situation,the paper comprehensively collects various data on the transformation of shantytowns in Guiyang City through the combination of theory and practice.Deeply discusses the main problems faced in the process of shantytown transformation in Guiyang City.Analyzes the causes of the problems,and then puts forward specific shantytown transformation paths and policy suggestions in combination with the actual urban construction of Guiyang City.This paper first sorts out and analyzes the relevant research on the transformation of old cities and shantytowns at domestic and foreign.Then combines the specific national conditions of China to define shantytowns and their related concepts.Under the guidance of public management,from different perspectives such as precinct functional repair,urban spatial integration,continuation of urban memory,protection of vulnerable groups and humanistic care,the design ideas and concepts in the process of shantytown transformation are deeply discussed and analyzed.The main problems and deficiencies in the process of shantytown transformation are summarized and discussed.To find out the deep-seated reasons behind these problems.Specific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of broadening financing channels,diversifying the methods of compensation for demolition and relocation,and improving the administrative system. |
