Research On Growth Evaluation And Promotion Countermeasures Of DL Logistics Enterprises

China’s logistics industry started later than western countries,but developed rapidly.From2018 to 2020,China’s total logistics expenses accounted for 14.8%,14.7% and 14.2% of GDP respectively,while western countries such as the UK and the United States maintained only about8%-9%.The data show that the overall development trend of China’s logistics industry is good.At present,there are more than 10 million logistics enterprises in China,of which more than 95%are small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.Small and medium-sized logistics enterprises have malicious competition and non-standard management,which restrict the healthy development of the logistics industry.DL logistics enterprise is a representative medium-sized logistics enterprise.It is worth studying how to survive and develop in the fierce market competition and maintain good growth.Taking DL logistics enterprises as the research object,the thesis constructs a growth evaluation system to evaluate their growth,summarizes the problems according to the evaluation results,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the growth of enterprises.The thesis uses literature research method,analytic hierarchy process,efficacy coefficient method and other research methods.Firstly,the thesis introduces the concept of enterprise growth,growth evaluation indicators,evaluation methods and the theoretical basis of enterprise growth.Secondly,it introduces the general situation of DL logistics enterprises,and briefly analyzes its growth status from the business development status and profit status of enterprises.Thirdly,it constructs the growth evaluation system of DL logistics enterprises.The evaluation system includes financial indicators in four aspects: profitability,solvency,operation ability and enterprise development ability,including non-financial indicators in two aspects: management ability and service ability.The weight of each indicator is determined by analytic hierarchy process.Using the efficacy coefficient method,the enterprise financial index score is 28.78 points,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the non-financial index score is 36.4 points,and the comprehensive evaluation score of DL logistics enterprise growth is 65.18 points.The evaluation results show that the growth of DL logistics enterprise is in a good state.However,after comprehensive analysis,it is found that DL logistics enterprises have some problems,such as weak operation capacity,high financial cost,rough enterprise development model and inadequate enterprise management and service.Finally,based on the problems restricting the growth of DL logistics enterprises,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions that enterprises should strengthen the operation efficiency of accounts receivable,reduce the financing cost of enterprises,refine the capital planning and improve the level of enterprise management and service.The research of the thesis will help DL logistics enterprises solve the problems restricting their growth,improve the growth of enterprises and develop in the fierce market competition.At the same time,the countermeasures and suggestions of the thesis can also be used for reference by other enterprises in the logistics industry to promote the benign development of enterprises.
