Along with our country economy into the steady stage of development,industrial adjustment and upgrade process continues to deepen,differentiation market through different ways to change people’s consumption behavior,now a lot of shopping centres in China began to enter the slow development is the most obvious example,traditional shopping center of attraction with the constant deepening of market segmentation are becoming increasingly blurred,As a result of the economic downturn,the operating conditions of domestic shopping centers are not ideal,and even many shopping centers have to declare bankruptcy.In recent years,the urbanization of Tangshan city has been accelerating,driving the development of local economy to a certain extent.The overall consumption level of residents has been significantly improved,and the consumer market has gradually changed from comprehensive development to rational and mature consumption mode.Tangshan tyc shopping center is influential to the local shopping center,the shopping center deep tangshan consumer market for many years,accumulated a good public reputation,with the high quality service by local consumers agree,the overall sales rose steadily,with hots up shopping center market competition environment,coupled with the full development of electricity industry,The sales of the shopping center caused different degrees of impact,sales growth rate showed a continuous decline.In the face of the impact and pressure from all sides,how YYC shopping center in the current market environment to stand firm,on the premise of ensuring the original customer base,continue to expand new target consumer groups,is a key issue that enterprise decision-making and management must attach great importance to.Analyzes the study around the tangshan tyc shopping center,on the current development situation of the shopping center and the deficiency existing in multidimensional,deep research and analysis,review and summarize the advanced shopping center study theory,on the basis of further study and explore the optimization measures and countermeasures of the development of the shopping center,aims to enhance the shopping center development at the same time,It provides valuable reference for the development of shopping centers in China.In this study,case analysis,market research,literature research and other methods are used to carry out multidimensional analysis and research on TANGSHAN YYC Shopping Center.Firstly,questionnaire survey is used to have a preliminary understanding of the current situation of the enterprise,and the current management of the shopping center and consumers’ demands are investigated and analyzed to explore the existing defects and deficiencies.Then SWOT analysis and macro-market environment analysis are introduced to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the external environment of the shopping center.On this basis,the advantages and disadvantages of the shopping center are deeply studied by using the value co-creation theory,4R theory and customer relationship management theory,so as to clarify the advantages of the shopping center and find out the existing disadvantages.Finally,formulate development strategies for shopping centers: close to the young consumer groups,strengthen the analysis and research of market demand,and adjust and optimize the business format of shopping centers according to the demand.On the basis of strengthening the brand culture building,develop diversified and customized services,a comprehensive marketing network,strengthen the marketing methods and channels,such as scientific and feasible development strategy for the shopping center laying the groundwork to ensure the optimization and adjustment,so as to promote the shopping center in the current competitive market environment.
