As an important part of my country’s economic development,food enterprises must not only improve the level of production technology,but also improve the management level within the enterprise to ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise.As an important part of the company’s internal management,working capital has a direct impact on the company’s development trend and value creation.Scientific and effective evaluation of the efficiency of enterprise working capital management can deeply reveal the main influencing factors of enterprise working capital management efficiency,further meet the needs of enterprises for asset liquidity and capital appreciation,and promote the effective use of enterprise working capital and guarantee enterprises.The sustainable development has theoretical value and practical significance.This thesis takes T food company as the research object,after introducing the theoretical basis of the concept and application,on the basis of reviewing the relevant literature on working capital management efficiency at home and abroad,from the perspective of elements and channels,combined with the financial index analysis method,expounds the operation of T food company The current state of money management efficiency.According to the status quo and channel management theory,the specific evaluation indicators that affect the efficiency are analyzed and designed.Use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct an evaluation system,judge the weight of indicators,determine the level of importance,and calculate the comprehensive score.It is analyzed that the indicators that have an important impact on the efficiency of working capital management are mainly accounts receivable turnover ratio,accounts payable turnover ratio and inventory turnover ratio.Based on this,it is judged that T Foods has the following problems: serious inventory backlog and low inventory management level;excessive use of credit sales policy leads to long accounts receivable cycle;low liquidity of corporate monetary funds and single financing channels;imperfect procurement process,occupation of Suppliers are heavily funded.Finally,according to the insufficiency of working capital management efficiency of T Foods Company,corresponding measures are put forward in a targeted manner,including optimizing the procurement process,rationally utilizing commercial credit;strengthening the management of the company’s accounts receivable and payable;controlling production costs and strengthening inventory management;Activating idle funds to improve liquidity and profitability and other measures.Improving the working capital management efficiency of T Foods is conducive to enhancing the core competitiveness of the company,further realizing the development goals of the company,and also providing reference support for other companies in the same industry.
