Working capital is an important part of the current assets of enterprises,the daily business activities and production and operation of enterprises are inseparable from working capital.Traditional working capital management mainly focuses on optimizing the structure and determining the best holdings,so when the enterprise is in a complex economic environment,it is not possible to make reasonable decisions according to the traditional management of working funds.In recent years,the academic circles have adopted the perspective of combining supply chain management,channel management and business process management,but how to apply the theory to the practice of enterprise working capital Management still deserves a deeper exploration.Working capital involves all aspects of the operation of enterprises,all along,scholars and enterprise managers at home and abroad aim at improving the efficiency of working capital management through research,and formed a more comprehensive theoretical system.Therefore,the quality of business operations can be judged by the efficiency of working capital management.The analysis and evaluation of the operation Capital Management of enterprises shows the level of enterprise working capital Management,and managers can refer to the analysis results to improve the management level of working capital and optimize the working capital structure,so as to achieve the role of enhancing competitiveness.Retail industry,as one of the important industries in China’s tertiary industry,has a wide variety of business and high transaction frequency management characteristics need enterprises to hold more working capital to ensure the operation and development of daily production and operation activities.The management level of the working capital of the enterprise has a direct impact on the operating effect and income of the enterprise.With the rapid expansion of the business development scope of e-commerce platform,the real retail industry is facing unprecedented tests and pressures,and enterprises on the verge of bankruptcy or have withdrawn from the market are gradually increasing.Because of this complex and changeable external environment,retail enterprises to find new vitality,the management and evaluation of working capital management is particularly important.Taking YM company of retail as the research object and combining the theoretical knowledge of working capital management,this paper analyzes the financial data of YM company from 2013 to 2017 by comparative analysis method,and first analyzes the present situation of working capital management of YM company from three aspects of YM Company’s financial status,working capital scale and working capital structure.After drawing on the research of the Frontier scholars,this paper constructs the hierarchical structure model from three aspects of the liquidity,security and benefit of the working capital,and combines the characteristics of the retail industry enterprises,and refers to the "standard value of enterprise performance evaluation" formulated by the SASAC Financial Supervision and Evaluation Bureau of the State Council to evaluate the enterprise performance.The three categories of 9 indexes reflecting the liquidity,safety and efficiency of the management level of enterprise working capital are determined.After making the expert scoring matrix respectively,the weight and sorting of each index of the working capital of YM company are determined after the normalized processing and consistency test,and then the results of the management evaluation of the working capital of YM company are calculated by using the idea of the wall scoring method.Finally,from the analysis of the current situation of working capital management and the evaluation of working capital,the problems existing in the management of working capital of YM company are found.In view of its existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to improve the management level of its working capital.This paper studies the present situation and problems of the working capital of YM Company from the static analysis and dynamic evaluation,and puts forward some countermeasures to provide reference for the relevant management personnel,to help YM company improve the management level and ensure the continuous and steady development of the company.
