Study On The Development Of Family Farms In Yucheng County

Since 2013,the No.1 central document has issued instructions on the development and cultivation of new agricultural business entities such as family farms for nine consecutive years.As a large agricultural county in Henan Province,the development of family farms in Yucheng County is in line with the guidance of the central agricultural policy and an effective way to realize the agricultural modernization in its region.At present,although the development of family farms in Yucheng County has achieved certain results,there are still many problems.In order to promote the better and faster development of family farms in Yucheng County and similar traditional agricultural areas in the central and western regions,this paper focuses on the development status and problems of family farms in Yucheng County.Based on the previous research on family farms,this paper analyzes the theoretical results of the development status and problems and countermeasures of family farms at home and abroad.Based on the theory of agricultural industrialization,economies of scale and land property rights,this paper adopts the research methods of literature research,comparative analysis and interview survey.Firstly,the data collected in the interview are used to analyze the development status and effectiveness of family farms in Yucheng County,combining theory with practice,this paper deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the development of family farms in Yucheng County,and analyzes the reasons behind the problems,so as to provide favorable theoretical support for exploring ways and methods to solve the problems.This paper also absorbs and draws lessons from the advanced models and experience of family farms in some domestic areas(such as Songjiang in Shanghai,Wuhan in Hubei and Langxi in Anhui),which provides a useful reference for the development of family farms in Yucheng County.Combined with the actual situation of Yucheng County,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the development of family farms in Yucheng County,in order to provide a useful reference for the development of family farms in Yucheng County.The research shows that the development of family farms in Yucheng County has accelerated the process of local agricultural land transfer and promoted the process of local agricultural scale and industrialization to a certain extent,but there are still problems in the construction of industrialization system,the scale of production and management,and the development quality of family farms in Yucheng County.The reasons for these problems are: lack of unified planning and policy support,imbalance between supply and demand in the construction of industrialization system;In terms of large-scale production and operation,land circulation and financing restrict the further development of family farms;In terms of farm development quality,there is a lack of professionals and social service security.According to the theoretical analysis and research results,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the further development of family farms in Yucheng County: in the construction of industrialization system,strengthen top-level design and policy support;In terms of promoting large-scale operation,improve relevant systems and mechanisms;In terms of security factors for the development of family farms,strengthen talent security and improve the construction of socialized service system.Based on the research on the development status of family farms in Yucheng County,Henan Province,this paper not only enriches the theoretical system of family farm development,but also is of great significance to the realization of agricultural modernization and the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.At the same time,it can also provide some experience and enlightenment for the development of family farms in similar areas,and play an exemplary role for the development of county agriculture in traditional agricultural areas in central and Western China.
