In recent years,the proportion of employees born in the 1980 s and 1990 s in Mongolian enterprises is increasing day by day,and they gradually assume the role of the main force in all walks of life.Due to the different background of the growth of post-80 s and post-90 s employees,there are many differences in values,lifestyles and other aspects.They are more confident,independent,enterprising and picky,valuing creativity,individuality and challenge.At the same time,scholars point out that the new generation of employees have higher turnover intention and pursue workplace fun.It is because of these characteristics of post-80 s and post-90 s employees that the effect of traditional incentive methods gradually decreases.How to effectively motivate the new generation of employees has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the motivation of the new generation of employees.GOLOMT Bank of Mongolia was established in 1995.After more than 20 years of steady development,GOLOMT Bank has become one of the three major banks in Mongolia.At the end of July 2020,the bank had total assets of $2.33 billion and a net worth of $171 million.Accounting for 18.7% of the Mongolian financial market,the number of employees is about 2,000.With about 800,000 customers and 115 branches and service points,it serves the majority of Mongolia’s urban working population.Among the employees of the commercial bank,the new generation employees account for about 68%,and they are the most important human resources for the commercial bank.With the development and expansion of the enterprise,the new generation of employees of GOLOMT Bank have problems such as low loyalty,high turnover rate,poor work enthusiasm and initiative due to inadequate incentive measures.Based on this,this paper studies the incentive problem of the new generation employees of GOLOMT Bank.This paper,by means of questionnaire,investigation about the present situation of Cenozoic GOLOMT bank employee incentive analysis,and then found GOLOMT bank employees incentive problems that exist in the Cenozoic,mainly includes the value to the work itself is not strong,unreasonable salary structure,lack of promotion incentives,training system,unreasonable four problems,based on the modern incentive theory,Further determine the principles of GOLOMT Bank’s new generation employee incentive optimization strategy,and then put forward the new generation employee incentive optimization strategy from four aspects,to provide guidance for improving the competitiveness of GOLOMT Bank.Finally,this paper proposes the implementation guarantee of GOLOMT Bank’s new employee incentive optimization strategy from three aspects of organization,culture and system.In order to help GOLOMT Bank to improve the incentive policies for new generation employees,reduce the turnover rate of new generation employees,and further achieve sustainable development.
