| In recent years,China’s expressway industry has developed rapidly.At the same time,the huge demand for funds and the lack of financial strength of the contradiction has become increasingly prominent.The faster the speed of highway development,the more mileage open to traffic,the subsequent maintenance of the task is more heavily.On the basis of achieving stable social service level,expressway group began to focus on cost control,especially maintenance cost control,which accounts for a large proportion of the main business cost.The effective control of maintenance cost has become the core element for highway group to maintain sustainable development.To study and optimize the maintenance scheme and overall planning of expressway group is beneficial to deal with the relationship between social benefits and economic benefits in the process of operation and management,and to lay a solid foundation for the longterm development of enterprises.Taking Hebei Expressway Group as an example,according to the actual situation of hebei expressway Group cost management,this paper first analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Hebei expressway maintenance cost control.Then,the components of highway maintenance cost are analyzed.Based on the above research results,an optimization scheme of Hebei highway public prosecution maintenance cost control is proposed.And from the establishment of cost awareness,improve the maintenance cost budget monitoring and assessment system,improve the cost control institutions,improve the level of conservation information construction,the establishment of cost control incentive mechanism,put forward the implementation of maintenance cost control scheme related safeguard measures.By studying the maintenance cost control of Hebei Expressway Group,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the maintenance cost control of Hebei expressway Group,and also provides scientific basis for other expressway enterprises to optimize the maintenance plan and strengthen the maintenance cost control. |
