Elevators have a history of 60 years in China,there are more than 400 elevator enterprises,and the domestic elevator industry has gradually become saturated.With the intensification of market competition,the traditional elevator marketing strategy has no obvious advantages.How to optimize the marketing strategy and expand its market share in the fierce market competition has become an urgent problem for many elevator enterprises.The elevator industry is closely related to the development of the real estate industry.Residents and government agencies are the main marketing objects of the elevator industry.The renovation of old houses has been written into the government work report for three consecutive years.The elevator industry in Northeast China will usher in a new period of rapid growth.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,more and more yearning for a better life,it is a general trend to choose safe,intelligent and standardized elevators.The elevator market in the northeast region mostly uses non-standardized products to meet the customer’s parameter requirements,and obtains customer orders with rich elevator functions.Jilin Zhengtian Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Co.,Ltd.,as a local elevator agent with strong comprehensive strength,currently has the agency qualifications of many brands such as Otis Mechatronics,Hangzhou Theo,Suzhou Deao and so on,to meet the elevator needs of different customers.With the transformation of the old city,It also provides new opportunities for the development of the elevator industry.Zhengtian Electric’s current marketing strategy can’t meet the current competitive needs,so the company needs to optimize the existing marketing strategy to adapt to the changes of the market.On the basis of combing the previous research results,this paper finds out the existing problems in the existing marketing strategy of Jilin Zhengtian Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Co.,Ltd.on the basis of combing the previous research results,this paper finds out the existing problems in the existing marketing strategy of Jilin Zhengtian Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Co.,Ltd.,and optimizes from many aspects such as product,pricing and so on.
