After entering the 21 st century,with the continuous development of the real estate industry,there has been an explosive growth in the production and sales volume of the elevator industry.However,in recent years,as the government has successively regulated the real estate industry,the demand for the elevator industry has been significantly reduced.At the same time,due to the introduction of foreign advanced manufacturing technology and the infusion of large amounts of capital,the market competition in elevator industry is more exacerbated.In the face of domestic and international market shocks,the elevator manufacturing industry is only able to accurately grasp the changes in industry demand and the evolution of market competition,and is committed to improving the company's R&D capabilities and personnel efficiency,and develop a scientific and rational marketing strategy and implement it effectively,will not be eliminated by brutal competition in the market.Based on this background,this paper reviews relevant marketing theories and domestic and foreign literatures.We take DS elevator company as the research object,using the case analysis method,SWOT analysis method and other research methods to analyze the DS elevator company's marketing situation in Henan area.This article first reviews the brand and history of DS Elevator Company.Based on the work data,we analyze the sales status and existing problems of DS Elevator Company in the Henan region,and deeply analyzes the reasons led to DS Elevator Company's sales dilemma.Secondly,this article obtains from the macro environment and the micro environment,and analyzes the marketing environment of DS Elevator based on the SWOT analysis method.On this basis,it subdivides the DS elevator company's sales market in the Henan region.Through the market positioning and target market selection,We establish DS elevator company's marketing strategy system in Henan area from four aspects: product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy.Finally,combined with the internal and external environment of DS Elevator Company,how to break through the company's development difficulties,improve the company's sales performance,in order to expand market share,improve the company's market competitiveness,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,combining with the DS elevator company's internal and external environment,this paper analyzes in detail how to break through the development dilemma of the company,improve the company's sales performance,expand market share,improve market competitiveness.At last,we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
