Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Elevator Safety Supervision In Zhengdong New Area,Zhengzhou

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to transform government functions,deepen simplification of administration and delegate powers,innovate supervision methods,enhance government credibility and executive power,and build a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with.With the rapid development of urban construction and the increasing number of elevators,elevators have become an indispensable tool to help the economy and improve the quality of life of the masses.In a people-oriented era,elevator safety is concerned with the safety and well-being of the masses.Therefore,strong and beneficial supervision measures have been taken to effectively reduce the occurrence of elevator safety accidents and ensure the safety of the masses in using elevators,it is one of the important problems of the grass-roots market supervision department.The safety of elevator is related to the safety of people’s lives and property.This paper analyzes the problems of safety supervision of Zhengdong New Area elevator and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.In this paper,from the Zhengdong New Area elevator safety supervision,regular inspection,maintenance,the use of links,the Zhengdong New Area elevator safety supervision is studied.This paper discusses the basic concept of elevator safety supervision,and expounds the theoretical basis of cooperative governance and new public management.Collecting data by means of Literature Review and questionnaire survey,found that there are problems in the supervision of elevator safety in Zhengdong New Area Zhengzhou,such as insufficient supervisory personnel,insufficient business ability,confusion in maintenance market,lack of implementation of the main responsibility of users,and analyzed the existing problems,further,it is proposed to deepen the reform of the system and mechanism,form a joint force of supervision,strengthen law enforcement,form a supervision shock,upgrade the professional level of the supervisors,build an efficient supervision team,and innovate the way of elevator safety supervision,to standardize the elevator maintenance market and other aspects put forward targeted measures to improve the current situation of elevator safety supervision,enhance the effectiveness of elevator safety supervision,and other counties(districts)in the meantime,the safety supervision has reference significance.
