In recent years,China’s economy has been developing at a high speed.The real estate industry has been developing and adjusting constantly as the pillar industry of the national economy.As the times require,the number of real estate agency companies is also increasing day by day.Under the continuous adjustment of relevant national policies,the development space of the real estate agency industry is facing huge challenges.With the intensification of competition among enterprises in the industry,the competition among the enterprise talents has also been becoming more and more intense.Due to the particularity of real estate agency industry and the characteristics of marketing team is too large,the turnover rate of core marketing staffs is serious.And the turnover rate of marketing staffs remains high,which is not conducive to the stability and development of the enterprises.The loss of core marketing employees has become an important hindrance to the sustainable development of estate agent enterprises.To a large extent,The loss of enterprise personnel reflects the development status of the enterprise,as well as the employee’s sense of identity and loyalty to the enterprise.The loss of core marketing employees is an important factor hindering the sustainable development of real estate agency enterprises.The loss of core marketing employees largely reflects the development of the enterprise,as well as reflecting the loyalty and identity of employees to the enterprise.At present,the current status of irregular resignation management in many enterprises reflects the deviation of enterprises’ value cognition at different stages before,during and after resignation of employees,failing to realize that the value output of employees is not limited to the tenure stage.In this context,this article takes a well-known listed real estate agency,MH Company,as an example,aiming at the phenomenon of high turnover rate of core marketing employees and the consequent problems that occurred in MH real estate agency company and also in the entire real estate agency industry.Consequences,based on the background and significance of the topic,I combed the research results of predecessors at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of the company’s investigation and data collection.I used the theoretical knowledge of human resource management learned in the MBA course and used SPSS statistical software processes the sample data.By analyzing the background profile of the survey samples and the correlation analysis and regression analysis of the sample data,I summarized the many adverse effects brought by the departure of a large number of core marketing employees to the enterprise and the influence factors that cause the turnover of core marketing employees.According to the influence degree from high to low,they are burnout,salary fairness,career growth degree,leader support degree.Finally put forward targeted improvement measures for MH real estate agency’s turnover management.On this basis,a systematic and standardized turnover management strategy for core marketing employees should be established,including the early,middle and late stage coping strategies.And the full attention should be paid to the turnover management of core marketing employees from the height of long-term development and human resource management strategy of enterprises.
